Your urbanest Portal
Your urbanest portal is where you can see details of your room, your account, and book extra services.
You can access your portal by clicking here.
Your username is the e-mail address we have registered for you.

On your tenancy start date, there will likely be hundreds of excited students arriving in London to check-in, so we are operating two different check-in services to make it as easy and hassle-free as possible to get your keys.

Option 1 - Express Check In
You will be eligible for express check-in if you have uploaded all of the required documents (see below) and paid your first rental instalment before 30th August 2017. When you arrive on your tenancy start date, you can simply collect your keys from reception and we'll show you to your new home. |

To be eligible for express check-in, you need to upload scans of the following to your urbanest portal by 30th August:
✔ Your ID
(Passport/Driving License/Govt. ID)
✔ Your Student ID / university acceptance letter / UCAS statement
✔ Your Guarantor's ID (Passport/Driving License/Govt. ID)
✔ Your Guarantor's proof of address

Option 2 - Standard Check In
This is out standard check-in which may take longer than an express check-in due to collating your documents and taking payment at reception when you arrive
Please arrive with paper copies of your university acceptance letter, your photo ID, your guarantor's proof of ID and address, and a payment card. We will try to get you into your room as fast as possible, but please be prepared to wait in line.
Note to current residents who are rebooking
You only need to upload your proof of study for the 2017-2018 academic year. We'll be in touch closer to the time about having your digital key extended. |

Once you have settled in there is one further document you will need to provide us with by 30th September. (Don't worry, we'll remind you closer to the time...!)
Council tax is a charge made on households by local authorities to pay for local services such as street cleaning and rubbish collection. However, as a student, you do not need to pay this tax. Simply provide us (in person or by uploading to your portal) with a Council Tax Exemption form and we will take care of everything for you.
The forms can be collected from your university administration offices in the first couple of weeks of your first semester. |
